ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) provides the rules for using TESDA’s ICT resources, covering acceptable practices, security measures, and user responsibilities. It is a key step in ensuring a safer, more secure, and well-protected information environment.
STEP 1: Download Acceptable User Policy (AUP) Form
STEP 2: Print and Accomplish the Form
Fill in your full name, affix your signature, and indicate the date signed.
Submit the duly accomplished AUP form to your Compliance Officer for Privacy (COP) for review and signature, as follows:
Regional Office (RO) employees/staff - submit to the Regional Director (RO COP).
Provincial Office (PO) and TTI/TAS employees/staff - submit to the Provincial Director (PO COP).
Note:
The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) of employees and staff shall be signed by their respective COP, while the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) of COPs shall be signed by the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION: OCTOBER 10, 2025.
